My name is Jane. I am 40 years old and it's probably been nearly two decades since I created a new blog. The last one was on LiveJournal before MySpace and then Facebook took over. If I hadn't already dated myself that surely did. I realized after all this time how much I miss this type of platform for curating my thoughts.
It prompted me for a title and that made me focus on how I mainly plan to use this blog, and that took ages but when I dialed in I think the things I am most interested in is moving to sustainable items and slow fashion/durable clothing options. Planning trips that maybe I'll get to take someday. Cooking! I love to cook and try new things. I want to live and learn and share success, failure, struggles, aspirations, and inspirations.
Most of this will happen in list form. I love creating lists of my favorite things: it could be poems, kitchen utensils, places to buy Christmas ornaments, why I think alligators are dinosaurs or that not enough people are afraid of hippos, who knows what will come to mind and take up residence. This will be the place those thoughts come to fruition or come to die. On that muddled note I will bid you adieu.
